Earlier I was given the task to find out what type of reader I was. Before beginning this quiz I already had a state of mind which category I would fall under. I am an avid reader and do enjoy reading every night. My preference of reading categories lies under Fiction. So what do you know? I was placed under the category of being a "Fiction Reader." According to the Fiction category I like to escape when I read. I enjoy stories that tell me about something other than my normal life. As long as it's not real, it's up my alley. Consider picking up books and short stories for your Free Choice Blog. I believe my title of being a Fiction reader is correct. Every book I pick up is fiction. This is because when I read, I like to provoke emotions inside of me. I allow myself to get sucked in to a book and not have to think, but feel the emotions that are coming from the characters.
What is the last thing I read that I enjoyed and why? The last thing I read was a text message I received from my significant other. He was explaining to me the importance of life and how our relationship intertwined in. His words were not intended for me to think, but feel. I was able to allow my emotions to stir and be able to feel the true meaning of his words. The words were not filled with mush but facts. These facts explained our lives and how we affect one another. I enjoyed reading the message because it made myself feel good. No thought was required, just feeling the emotion of his words.
